The Residential Division of Heritage Title Company provides a complete line of residential title services in Colorado. In today’s environment accuracy, accountability and professionalism represent important aspects of the buy/sell transaction. Our Title Officers, Examiners and Escrow Officers are highly proficient and extremely knowledgeable about the Colorado residential title market, rules, regulations, underwriting requirements and customary practices.

Our escrow staff has an average of 17 years experience and are required to complete training classes annually which are pertinent to industry topics such as privacy laws, financial controls, fraud detection, claims awareness, CFPB and RESPA.

We offer in-house Title Officers who have over 140 years combined experience. All of our Title Officers have achieved the designation of Certified Title Insurance Specialist (CTIS) from the Land Title Association of Colorado (LTAC). This division provides the products and services to accommodate the many specialized needs of every type of residential transaction.
